How long does it take for my products to arrive?
Orders are processed with 1 to 2 days from our office. Once processed, out of city orders will receive a tracking number to you to track your order.
What are shipping charges?
Shipping charges throughout Pakistan is a flat rate 250Rs. Orders above 6,000Rs qualify for free shipping.
When can I expect my order?
Within Karachi orders are processed and delivered within 1-2 working days. Out of city can take up to 5 working days.
What is the payment method?
We currently only offer Cash on Delivery on all orders. Contact us for assistance.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. All items are checked before dispatching. Exchanges are approved only if product is unopened and sealed within 7 days upon receiving product. Customer is responsible for return and shipping courier cost of new item.
Can I cancel my order?
If you choose to cancel your order after call confirmation or refuse delivery, any future order will be subject to courier compensation. For immediate cancellation send us an email or contact on Facebook Messenger.

Are our products vegan or halal?
LASplash Cosmetic products are cruelty-free, gluten-free, and some of our specialty products are paraben-free. The raw materials and ingredients used are FDA approved, purchased in USA, and formulated in their facility to maintain strict quality standards.
As the brand is manufactured in USA, halal certification is not applicable.
